Text

(a)Notification of convictions.--A driver of a commercial motor vehicle holding a driver's license issued by this Commonwealth who is convicted of violating a Federal or state law or local ordinance relating to motor vehicle traffic control in this or any other state or any Federal, provincial, territorial or municipal law relating to motor vehicle traffic control in Canada, other than parking violations, shall notify his employer in writing of the conviction within 15 days of the date of conviction. (a.1) Notification of charges.--
(1)A driver of a commercial motor vehicle holding a driver's license issued by this Commonwealth who is cited, arrested or charged with violating a Federal or State law or local ordinance relating to motor vehicle traffic control in this or any other state
