Text
(a)Public records.--A board shall keep minutes and a record of its proceedings.
(b)Public access.--A land bank is subject to:
(1)65 Pa.C.S. Ch. 7 (relating to open meetings); and
(2)the act of February 14, 2008 (P.L.6, No.3), known as the Right-to-Know Law.
