The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "County."A county of the second class. "Limousine service."Local nonscheduled common carrier service for passengers rendered in luxury-type vehicles for compensation on an exclusive basis that is arranged in advance.
