The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly requires otherwise: "Authority"or"Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority."An agency and public instrumentality of the Commonwealth and a body politic and corporate created pursuant to this chapter or created under the former provisions of section 4 of the act of June 27, 1986 (P.L.267, No.70), known as the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority Act, formerly codified at 53 Pa.C.S.
