§ 6003 — Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly requires otherwise: "Authority"or"Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority."An agency and public instrumentality of the Commonwealth and a body politic and corporate created pursuant to this chapter or created under the former provisions of section 4 of the act of June 27, 1986 (P.L.267, No.70), known as the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority Act, formerly codified at 53 Pa.C.S. Ch. 59 (relating to Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority). "Board."The governing body of the authority.
