§ 1102 — Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Application."A request for financial assistance from the programs. "Authority."The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority organized and existing under the act of May 17, 1956 (1955 P.L.1609, No.537), known as the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act. "Board."The board of directors of the authority. "Certified economic development organization."An entity certified by the authority under section 1123 (relating to certification of economic development organizations). "Department."The Department of Community and Economic Development of the Commonwealth. "Industrial Development Fund."The fund established under
