§ 6303 — County Probation Officers' Firearm Education and Training Commission
The County Adult Probation and Parole Advisory Committee established under the act of November 22, 1978 (P.L.1166, No.274), referred to as the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency Law, shall serve as the County Probation Officers' Firearm Education and Training Commission under this chapter, including assuming all of its funding, powers, duties and responsibilities under this chapter.
