The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Community corrections facility."A residential facility operated by a private contractor that:

(1)houses offenders pursuant to a contract with the Department of Corrections; and

(2)is operated in accordance with Chapter 50 (relating to community corrections centers and community corrections facilities).
