Text
(a)Display.--Upon request, a transportation network company driver shall display to the authority or other person authorized to enforce this chapter a physical or electronic record of a ride in progress sufficient to establish that it was a prearranged ride. To the extent that trip records are contained on electronic devices, drivers are not required to relinquish custody of the devices in order to make the required display.
(b)Investigation.--If a person files a complaint against a transportation network company or transportation network company driver with the authority, in addition to all other powers and remedies provided under this title, the authority may inspect the transportation network company's records in accordance with this chapter as necessary to investigate and resolve th
