Text

(a)Display.--A personal vehicle used to provide transportation network service shall display consistent and distinctive signage at all times while the driver is providing transportation network service. The distinctive signage shall be sufficiently large and color contrasted as to be readable from the front and rear of the vehicle during daylight hours at a distance of at least 50 feet and to identify a particular vehicle associated with a particular transportation network company. Acceptable forms of distinctive signage shall include, but are not limited to, symbols or signs on vehicle windshields, doors, roofs or grilles. Magnetic or other removable distinctive signage is acceptable. A transportation network company shall file an illustration of their distinctive signage with the author
