§ 2166 — Applicability to civil service laws
Pennsylvania·Title 53 MUNICIPALITIES GENERALLY·Part PART III·Ch. 21 EMPLOYEES·Subch. MUNICIPAL POLICE EDUCATION AND TRAINING
This subchapter shall not be construed to exempt any police officer or other officer or employee from the provisions of the existing civil service or tenure laws.
