§ 6911 — Conflict with other law
Pennsylvania·Title 42 JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE·Part PART VI·Ch. 69 PARTICULAR RIGHTS AND IMMUNITIES
In the event of a conflict between this chapter and 12 Pa.C.S. Ch. 63 (relating to goods and services installment sales), the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling.
