§ 3902 — Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Board."The board of directors of the filing entity. "CGAD-related information."The CGAD or any documents, materials or other information, including proprietary and trade secret information or documents, related to an insurer or insurance group's CGAD. "Commissioner."The Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth. "Corporate governance annual disclosure"or"CGAD."The confidential report filed by the insurer or insurance group in accordance with the requirements of this chapter.
