§ 13A21 — Authorized locations for operation

(a)Restriction.--A certificate holder shall only be permitted to operate table games at the licensed facility, a temporary facility authorized under subsection (a.1) or an area authorized under subsection (b). (a.1) Temporary facilities.--The board may permit a certificate holder to conduct table games at a temporary facility which is physically connected to, attached to or adjacent to a licensed facility for a period not to exceed 24 months.
(b)Powers and duties of board.--Upon request made by a certificate holder, the board may determine the suitability of a hotel for the conduct of table games.
