(a)Appropriation.--Subject to an annual review and recommendations under subsection (b), all moneys in the Game Fund are hereby appropriated to the commission and may be expended only for the purposes authorized under this title.
(b)Audit and report.--
(1)A performance audit of the commission to examine the commission's compliance with its strategic plan for the concluding fiscal year shall be conducted by the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee and shall be submitted to the Game and Fisheries Committee and the Appropriations Committee of the Senate and the Game and Fisheries Committee and the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives no later than February 28, 2000.
