§ 3371 — Actions which survive
Pennsylvania·Title 20 DECEDENTS, ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES·Ch. 33 ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES·Subch. ABATEMENT, SURVIVAL AND CONTROL OF ACTIONS
All causes of action or proceedings shall survive as provided by 42 Pa.C.S. § 8302 (relating to survival action).
