§ 3158 — Letters of administration C.T.A

Pennsylvania·Title 20 DECEDENTS, ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES·Ch. 31 DISPOSITIONS INDEPENDENT OF LETTERS;·Subch. GRANT OF LETTERS
When there is a will, but no executor qualifies, letters of administration cum testamento annexo may be granted to the person or persons entitled thereto.
