The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Agricultural pilot program."A pilot program to study the growth, cultivation or marketing of industrial hemp. "Control order."A written order issued by the department to a person establishing required treatment measures, including destruction, for a violation of a provision of this chapter or a regulation, permit or order issued under this chapter. "Department."The Department of Agriculture of the Commonwealth. "Industrial hemp."The plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis.
