§ 5702 — Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Bed and breakfast homestead or inn."A private residence which contains ten or fewer bedrooms used for providing overnight accommodations to the public and in which breakfast is the only meal served and is included in the charge for the room. "Employee."The license holder, person in charge, person having supervisory or management duties, person on the payroll, family member, volunteer, person performing work under contractual agreement or other person working in a retail food facility. "Food employee."An individual working with unpackaged food, food equipment or utensils or food contact surfaces. "License."A grant to a propri
