The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Combination."Two or more vehicles physically interconnected in tandem. "Department."The Department of Environmental Protection of the Commonwealth and its authorized representatives. "Law enforcement officer."A Pennsylvania State Police officer or a police officer certified pursuant to 53 Pa.C.S. Ch. 21 Subch. D (relating to municipal police education and training). "Motor carrier vehicle."As defined in 75 Pa.C.S. § 102 (relating to definitions).
