Text
(a)Renewal.--All permits, licenses, registrations or certificates issued under this part unless otherwise provided shall be subject to renewal every five years. Nothing in this subsection shall relieve a licensee, permittee or holder of a certificate or registration of the affirmative duty to notify the board of any changes relating to the status of its license, permit, certificate or registration or to any other information contained in the application materials on file with the board. The application for renewal shall be submitted at least 180 days prior to the expiration of the permit, license, registration or certificate and shall include an update of the information contained in the initial and any prior renewal applications and the payment of any renewal fee required by this part.
