(a)General rule.--The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Accept for service."Decide on the basis of the needs and problems of an individual to admit or receive the individual as a client of the agency or as required by a court order entered under 42 Pa.C.S. Ch. 63 (relating to juvenile matters). "Adult."An individual 18 years of age or older. "Adult family member."A person 18 years of age or older who has the responsibility to provide care or services to an individual with an intellectual disability or chronic psychiatric disability. "Bodily injury."Impairment of physical condition or substantial pain. "Child."An individual under 18 years of age. "Child-care serv
