The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Crime Victims Act."The act of November 24, 1998 (P.L.882, No.111), known as the Crime Victims Act. "Office of Victim Advocate."The Office of Victim Advocate established under section 302 of the act of November 24, 1998 (P.L.882, No.111), known as the Crimes Victims Act.
