The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Auditorium authority."The authority created to operate the convention center under the act of July 29, 1953 (P.L.1034, No.270), known as the Public Auditorium Authorities Law. "Authority."The Regional Renaissance Authority established under section 17131 (relating to authority established). "Authority employee."The chairperson and members of the board of the authority, counsel retained by the authority either as an employee or otherwise, the chief administrative officer of the authority and any employee with discretionary powers who may affect the outcome of a decision by the authority in relation to a private corporation or bus
