§ 13911 — Deputies
The coroner may appoint a deputy to act in the coroner's place and may appoint staff to positions established in accordance with section 14723 (relating to number and compensation of officers, deputies, assistants, clerks and employees and revisions of salary schedules) as the coroner determines. A deputy shall have the same powers as the coroner.
