§ 7710 — Individual liability of members
Pennsylvania·Title 15 CORPORATIONS AND UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS·Part PART II·Ch. 77 WORKERS' COOPERATIVE CORPORATIONS
Neither members of a corporation nor the estates of members shall be individually liable for the debts of the corporation.
