§ 7528 — Meetings
Pennsylvania·Title 15 CORPORATIONS AND UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS·Part PART II·Ch. 75 COOPERATIVE AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATIONS·Subch. POWERS, DUTIES AND SAFEGUARDS
There shall be at least one meeting of members or delegates each year. Annual and special membership or delegate meetings shall be governed by the bylaws.
