The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Benefit corporation."A business corporation that is subject to this chapter. "Benefit director."The director designated as the benefit director of a benefit corporation as provided in section 3322 (relating to benefit director). "Benefit enforcement proceeding."A claim or action for:

(1)failure to pursue or create the general public benefit purpose of the benefit corporation or any specific public benefit purpose set forth in its articles; or
(2)violation of any obligation, duty or standard of conduct under this chapter. "Benefit officer."The individual, if any, designated as the benefit officer of a benefit corporation as
