Text

(a)General rule.--The officer or agent having charge of the share register of a business corporation shall make a complete list of the shareholders entitled to vote at any meeting of shareholders, arranged in alphabetical order, with the address of and the number of shares held by each. This section does not require the corporation to include electronic mail addresses or other electronic contact information on the list. The list shall be produced and kept open at the time and place of each meeting of shareholders and shall be subject to the inspection of any shareholder during the whole time of the meeting for the purposes thereof.
