§ 1718 — Inconsistent articles ineffective

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this subchapter, the articles may not contain any provision that relaxes, restricts, is inconsistent with or supersedes any provision of this subchapter. Section 1306(b)(2) (relating to other provisions authorized) shall not apply to this subchapter.
