(a)Definitions.--In this chapter: "Adjustment date"means July 1, 2025, or the date that is one year after the effective date of this section, whichever is later. "Division 12 property"means a controllable account, controllable electronic record or controllable payment intangible.

(b)Definitions in other divisions.--The following definitions in other divisions of this title apply to this chapter. "Controllable account."Section 9102 (relating to definitions and index of definitions). "Controllable electronic record."Section 12102 (relating to definitions).
