Text

(a)Division 9 governs in case of conflict.--If there is conflict between this division and Division 9 (relating to secured transactions), Division 9 governs.
(b)Applicable consumer law and other laws.--A transaction subject to this division is subject to any applicable rule of law that establishes a different rule for consumers and the act of December 17, 1968 (P.L.1224, No.387), known as the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.
