No later than June 1, 2018, and September 1 of each year thereafter, the Secretary of Community and Economic Development shall submit a report to the General Assembly summarizing the effectiveness of the tax credits provided by this chapter. The report shall include the name of the tours which rehearsed in this Commonwealth, the names of all recipients awarded a tax credit as of the date of the report and the amount of tax credits approved for each recipient. The report may also include recommendations for changes in the calculation or administration of the tax credits provided under this chapter.
