§ 2902 — Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Agent."The term includes the Department of Community and Economic Development. "Authority."The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority organized and existing under the act of May 17, 1956 (1955 P.L.1609, No.537), known as the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act. "Board."The board of directors of the authority. "Business enterprise."A for-profit corporation, partnership or proprietorship. The term includes a medical facility. "Farm commodity."Any Pennsylvania-grown agricultural, horticultural, aquacultural, vegetable, fruit and floricultural product of the soil, livestock and meats, wools, hides, furs, poult

The amended short title is now the Human Services Code.
