The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Incorporation resolution."A resolution to submit at a general or municipal election a referendum question to the registered voters of a municipal corporation. "Municipal corporation."A borough, a township of the first class, a township of the second class or an incorporated town. "Referendum question."The question of whether a municipal corporation shall become incorporated as a city of the third class to be known as the "City of ........................."
