Text

Prior to the closing of any mortgage loan or any mortgage banking loan, the mortgage banker or mortgage broker shall supply the borrower with a disclosure as required by the real estate lending provisions of 15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq. and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. Part 226.
