Text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the circuit court for the county in which such unlawful picketing is conducted has jurisdiction to enjoin any violation of ORS 662.805 to 662.825 by appropriate order or judgment. The proceedings shall be conducted as in the case of an action not triable by right to a jury but shall be given precedence over all other civil actions.
