In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may impose a civil penalty, in the manner provided in ORS 183.745, not to exceed $10,000 for each violation of a provision of ORS 571.295, 571.296 or 571.297, a rule adopted pursuant to ORS 571.295, 571.296 or 571.297 or an order issued by the commission under ORS 571.297. Moneys collected under this section shall be deposited in the General Fund and be available for general governmental purposes.
