Text
Subject to ORS chapter 183, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may:
(1)If the commission has reasonable cause to believe that any quantity or lot of industrial hemp product that contains cannabinoids and is intended for human or animal consumption or use is sold, transferred or delivered in violation of ORS 571.295 or 571.296 or rules adopted pursuant to ORS 571.295 or 571.296, issue and enforce an order to prohibit the disposal, distribution or use in any manner of the quantity or lot. The person to whom the order is issued shall immediately remove from locations readily visible and accessible to the public any product in packaged form that is subject to the order. The commission may enforce the order until all actions against the order, including any contested case, are resolved,
