Text
(1)The Legislative Assembly of the State of Oregon hereby ratifies the Klamath River Basin Compact set forth in ORS 542.620, and the provisions of such compact hereby are declared to be the law of this state upon such compact becoming effective as provided in subsection (2) of this section.
(2)The compact shall become effective when it has been ratified by the legislatures of the States of California and Oregon, and has been consented to by the Congress of the United States as provided in Article XIII of the compact.
