Text
The Water Resources Commission may accept and expend moneys from any public or private source, including the federal government, made available for the purpose of conducting hydrologic investigations of Oregon water resources and to assist in carrying out the commission’s functions as provided by law. All moneys received by the commission under this section shall be kept in separate accounts designated according to the purposes for which such moneys were received. The commission shall keep a true and full account of receipts and disbursements under this section.
