In addition to any other available remedies, if the Water Resources Department has information that a person is violating or intends to violate a final order issued under ORS 540.461, or concludes that a dam poses an imminent risk to life, property or public infrastructure, the department may apply to the circuit court for Marion County or to the circuit court for any county where all or part of the dam is located for a temporary or permanent injunction requiring the person to:

(1)Refrain from violation of the order; or
(2)Take any actions necessary to remedy an imminent risk to life, property or public infrastructure.
