Text

(1)The Department of Consumer and Business Services shall, in compliance with ORS chapter 183, make, amend, repeal, promulgate and enforce rules to carry out ORS 460.310 to 460.370.

(2)All proceedings relating to permits under ORS 460.310 to 460.370 shall be conducted in compliance with ORS chapter 183.
