Text

Notwithstanding ORS 460.045 (2), the following persons may conduct electrical and mechanical repairs on an elevator located in an industrial plant:

(1)A limited supervising electrician licensed under ORS 479.630 (3).

(2)A limited journeyman electrician licensed under ORS 479.630 (5).
