Text
As used in ORS 418.480 to 418.500, “purchase of care” includes the purchase of institutional and foster family care and services, adoptive services, services provided by Strengthening, Preserving and Reunifying Families programs under ORS 418.575 to 418.598, services to an unmarried parent who gave birth to a child and the child and such other care and services as the Department of Human Services shall determine to be necessary to carry out the policy stated in ORS 418.485.
