Text

As used in ORS 366.550 to 366.553, “Historic Columbia River Highway” means all parts of the original Columbia River Highway, constructed between 1913 and 1922, in Multnomah, Hood River and Wasco Counties, that have been designated as a “Historic and Scenic Highway” under ORS 377.100 and all properties and structures that are within the Columbia River Highway Historic District, National Register of Historic Places.
