Text

The purpose of ORS 307.241 to 307.248 is to assist private nonprofit corporations to provide permanent housing, recreational and social facilities, and care to elderly persons. The Legislative Assembly finds that the housing and related facilities furnished by private nonprofit corporations provide inherent benefits that justify the funded property tax exemption provided by ORS 307.241 to 307.248.
