(1)The form of lease shall contain, in addition to other provisions deemed necessary and desirable by the Department of State Lands, after consultation with the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries, the State Fish and Wildlife Commission and other interested agencies, boards and commissions, the provisions of ORS 274.780 to 274.860.

(2)The form of a permit shall contain, in addition to other provisions deemed necessary and desirable by the Department of State Lands, after consultation with the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries, the State Fish and Wildlife Commission and other interested agencies, boards and commissions, the provisions of ORS 274.785 (3).
