Text
In addition to the method provided by law, ordinance or the charter of any local government for the sale of real property for delinquent liens or final assessments, every local government may cause the real property to be sold as provided in ORS 223.510 to 223.590 for any final assessment, lien or installment thereof at any time after one year from the date such lien, final assessment or installment becomes due and payable, if bonded; otherwise, at any time after 60 days from the time it is entered in the lien docket of the local government.
