Text

The Commission on Indian Services may accept contributions of funds and assistance from the United States, its agencies, or from any other source, public or private, and agree to conditions thereon not inconsistent with the purposes of the commission. All such funds are continuously appropriated to aid in financing the functions of the commission and shall be deposited in the General Fund of the State Treasury to the credit of a separate account for the commission and shall be disbursed for the purpose for which contributed.
