§ 85A-94 — Incarcerated employees.
Oklahoma·Title 85A Workers' Compensation
An employee who is incarcerated shall not be eligible to receive temporary total disability benefits under this title. Any medical benefits available to an incarcerated employee shall be limited by other provisions of this title in the same manner as for all injured employees.
